Cubic precision parts with complex geometries in a wide range of dimensions are our strength. This spectrum also includes components with freeform surfaces.

 

With our extensive machine park, we are able to manufacture single parts and prototypes up to medium series economically in consistently high quality.

We manufacture high-precision components from all common steels, non-ferrous metals, polymers, forgings, welding and casting constructions. The cubic components are milled on state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC machining centers. Milling centers with a robot cell for automated machining are also available. Two CNC surface grinding machines are available for fine machining.

Our CNC CMM is used both during production and for final quality control and documentation. Tactile measuring and scanning of contours is thus possible in an economical way.
